Headed by British real estate developer and investor Tim Dean-Smith, the company's first projects Koh Samui Country Club and Beach Republic are located on Koh Samui, Thailand. - How can you offer these packages at such low rates? What's the catch?
In the highly competitive hospitality industry on Koh Samui, The Samui Getaway promotion is our way of standing out. Through the program we are able to introduce select guests to Koh Samui and to our resorts. Most people love what we have to offer and the re-booking rate currently standing at over 50%. - Is this some kind of timeshare promotion?
Royal Nirvana offers the flexibility of vacation ownership, fractional ownership and deeded real estate. We are not a timeshare company. - Do I have to buy anything?
No! The Royal Nirvana Samui Getaway is our way of introducing you to our new resorts. You are under no obligation at all and we do not employ high pressure sales tactics. In order to show you our projects, during your stay, we do ask that you take a friendly and informative tour of Koh Samui Country Club to learn more about the benefits of membership and ownership. - Can I extend my holiday with you?
Depending on our occupancy levels, we may be able to extend additional nights to you at our normal rates. Please enquire at the time of your booking. - Can I bring my children?
Each couple may bring up to two children. There may be additional costs. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
