- Both parties must be able to fluently speak and understand either English or Thai.
- The recipient of the Royal Nirvana Samui Getaway agrees to attend a tour of a Royal Nirvana Resort. The tour is approximately one hour in duration and is designed to promote ownership. There is absolutely no obligation or pressure to buy.
- Should the recipient (either party) fail to attend the tour, they agree to pay the full value of the package based on the published rates listed at beachrepublic.com or darasamui.com.
- By submitting the booking form, the recipient of the Royal Nirvana Samui Getaway confirms that the information provided is truthful and accurate.
- Excluded from this offer are existing Royal Nirvana Private Residence Club members, anyone who has attended a tour of Royal Nirvana Private Residences Club in the past 12 months, and employees of Royal Nirvana.
- Airfares, meals (aside from breakfast) and incidentals such as phone calls and gratuities are not included and are the responsibilities of the guest.
- Cancellation Policy- Fewer than 14 days until date of check in, NO REFUND. More than 14 days until date of check in, 50% refund.
